How to Set or Reset Your Password

Whether you're logging in for the first time or need to recover access to your account, this guide walks you through resetting your password in just a few steps.

Set or Reset Your Password

1. Go to the sanctions.io login page: https://api.sanctions.io/users/login/

2. Below the Login button, click the "Reset" link to be redirected to the password reset page.

3. On the Reset Password page, enter your registered email address and click Reset Password.

4. You will see a "Password Reset Complete" confirmation screen. Check your inbox and follow the instructions in the email to create your new password.

Important: The password reset link sent to your email will expire in 1 hour. If the link expires, repeat the steps above to request a new one.

5. Once your password is set, your account is ready to use.

Note: If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder and mark api@sanctions.io as "Not Spam" to ensure future emails are delivered correctly.
