Data Coverage and Source Expansion

sanctions.io continuously expands and enriches its sanctions and watchlist database (including PEP and Adverse Media) as part of its ongoing commitment to data quality and coverage. New lists, programs, and individual entries are added on a regular basis, both as they are published or updated by issuing authorities and in response to customer demand.

Customers may therefore experience an increase in screening alerts following the addition of new sources or entries. This is expected behavior and reflects improvements in database coverage rather than changes to matching logic or customer data.
