Keeping Your Screening Current

We update our sanctions lists, PEP datasets, and other screening sources every 60 minutes. Our system regularly checks each source against the latest published version from the issuing authority. When an authority adds, removes, or amends an entry, that change is brought into our database within the next update cycle, so your screenings reflect what is currently published rather than a snapshot from days or weeks earlier. This keeps your screening aligned with the most current information and reduces the risk of missing a newly designated individual or entity.

Data Coverage and Source Expansion

Our coverage grows over time. We regularly add new lists, programs, and individual entries to our sanctions and watchlist database, including PEP and Adverse Media. These additions reflect updates published by issuing authorities as well as customer requests. As a result, you may see an increase in screening alerts when new sources or entries are added. This is expected and reflects improved database coverage, not changes to matching logic or your customer data.
