Account Creation and Activation

Sign up for a sanctions.io account

If you do not have an account, complete the following steps to create one.

1. Sign up here.
2. Follow the instructions. No credit card is required; payment details are only needed if you upgrade to a premium plan after the trial. Note: If your company's email domain already has an existing sanctions.io account (active or previously trialed), your account will still be created, but it will be blocked from running searches since no subscription plan will be active.
   • If your company has an active plan, ask your company's sanctions.io admin to contact us.
   • If your company does not have an active plan (for example, a trial was used previously on this domain), please contact our support team at help@sanctions.io so we can activate a new trial for you.
3. Shortly after signing up, you'll receive an account activation email. Click the link in it to complete your setup and gain access to sanctions.io.
4. Once your account is activated, navigate to app.sanctions.io/login and sign in with your registered email and password, or use a supported SSO (Single Sign-On) provider.

Troubleshooting

• If the email isn't in your inbox within a few minutes, check Spam or Junk, and please mark it as "Not Spam" to receive future communications.
• If you've activated your account but still can't run searches, your company's domain may already have an active plan or a previous trial. See the note above.
