This guide walks you through the steps to activate your account and complete the setup process after being invited to your company's sanctions.io account.
Set up your account
1. Check your email. You'll receive an invitation from api@sanctions.io. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
2. Open the invitation email and click the activation link to begin the setup process.
3. Enter your email address when prompted, then submit the form to receive a password setup email.
4. Check your email again. Open the second email from api@sanctions.io and click the link to set your password.
Note: This link expires after 1 hour. If it expires, return to the login page and request a new one.
5. Create your password. Enter a new password and confirm it. Your password must be at least 8 characters and include both letters and numbers.
6. Once your password is set, your account is ready to use.
Troubleshooting
I didn't receive the invitation or password email
Check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, ask your administrator to confirm that emails from api@sanctions.io aren't being blocked by your organization.
My reset link has expired
Return to the login page and request a new password reset. Make sure to use the latest link sent to your email, as older links will no longer be valid.
