Initiate sanctions checks for any contact, lead, or account directly from Salesforce, manually or automatically triggered by specific events (e.g., lead creation, status change, new opportunity).

2. Schedule Batch Screenings

Schedule batch screenings for your entire customer or vendor base without writing a single line of code. Whether you need to re-screen your entire CRM on a weekly, monthly, or custom schedule, this is now fully automated within Salesforce.

Batch screening jobs are processed via our API in the background, and the results are mapped back into your Salesforce records, including screening status, match details, and confidence scores.

3. Manage Alerts and Review Matches Inside Salesforce

When a potential match is found, you can now manage and resolve alerts directly in Salesforce. Each screening result comes with:

  • Match status (pending, false positive, valid sanction).

  • Match reason & confidence score.

  • User comments & decision history.

Reviewing and documenting alerts happens in one place. If you confirm a match or mark it as a false positive, that status is preserved across all your systems - ensuring consistency and audit readiness.
