Install our HubSpot app and connect it to your sanctions.io account via secure API token.

Step 2: Choose Screening Triggers

Select when and how screening should occur:

  • On creation of a contact or company.

  • When a property (e.g., lifecycle stage) is updated.

  • Manually via a button on the record.

  • On a schedule (batch re-screening).

Step 3: Review & Resolve Matches

Matches appear as timeline events inside the contact or company record. You can take action immediately, mark as false positive, add comments, or flag for escalation.

If needed, you can also link the results to workflows or sync them to your compliance dashboard for centralized monitoring.
